Return Policy


We want you to love your artwork as much as we do! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you have seven (7) days from the receipt of the delivery to ship the artwork back to us for a refund. The painting must be in its original condition and returned in the original packaging materials. Please read below for additional requirements.


UNDAMAGED ARTWORK

Within seven (7) days from your merchandise delivery date

  1. Contact us seven (7) days a week 24-hours a day at returns@fdlongo.com.

  2. We will provide you with the return address and packing/shipping instructions.

  3. Repackage the painting in the original packaging materials.

  4. At your own expense, ship the painting back to us signature required delivery.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

Once the painting safely reaches us, FD Longo Art will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment within 7-10 business days, minus all shipping & handling costs associated with shipping the painting to you.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Once the painting safely reaches us, FD Longo Art will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order within 7-10 business days, minus all shipping & handling costs associated with shipping the painting to you, and minus any duties, taxes, brokerage or custom fees associated with your order.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not contact us and ship the painting back to us within seven (7) days of original receipt, you agree that you will not be eligible for a refund. The painting must be returned in it’s original condition to be eligible for a refund.


DAMAGED PACKAGES

We take every necessary precaution to make sure your artwork arrives at its destination safely! If the artwork is damaged during the shipping process, contact us within 24-hours at customer-service@fdlongo.com . We must process a claim within five (5) days from the date of delivery

  1. You must save the original packaging, as it is necessary to process the insurance claim with the shipping company.

  2. After we receive your email, we will contact you within 24 hours. Be prepared to describe the damage in detail.

  3. Take pictures of the damaged packaging and artwork. Email these photos to customer-service@fdlongo.com

  4. One of our representatives will contact you to discuss next steps.

INCORRECT ADDRESS, UNCLAIMED, REFUSED, REJECTED

We ship Direct Delivery, Signature Required to stop package redirecting/rerouting. If the shipping company is unable to deliver a package because the address provided by the customer is wrong or incomplete, the package will be returned to us and the customer agrees to be responsible for all initial shipping costs and the additional cost of re-shipping the package.

If a package is refused, rejected, unclaimed or undeliverable the customer agrees that it nullifies the free shipping & handling charge and the amount will be deducted from any refund.
